Who is Griffin Travel and how long have you been in business?
We have been in business for twelve years selling travel to Tahiti in major cities across the U.S.. Recently we have expanded our business to include full-service travel not only to our Tahiti customers but to our local community as well. We have a completely satisfactory record with zero complaints. (Check with our Better Business Bureau and they'll confirm this.)

Do you have any books or information about the islands you can send us?
Absolutely. We have a booklet that provides general information about the islands and each of the hotels we offer. It also includes a number of air and land packages to select from.

What if I don't know what islands or hotels to select?
Contact us. We'll identify available options for you and help you select the islands and hotels that suit your preferences and price range.

We're concerned about traveling to the islands and figuring out what to see and do and where to eat. Can you help with this?
Absolutely!  Our agency owner lived in the islands for a year and has put together a booklet of useful island information for each of our Tahiti customers. It tells about island activities and the Polynesian culture, includes a glossary of menu items in French and English and tells how to get around by bus, taxi or car. It even tells you who to contact if you lose your passport. Additionally, we provide maps of each island you'll visit and include a complete run-down on where the restaurants are, the sight-seeing opportunities and shops and stops. We take care of all the details so you can just relax and enjoy the beauty of this island paradise.

How do I book a vacation package with you? 
Contact us by telephone, fax or E-mail. If you know exactly what you want we will quote you a final price and you can select your method of payment and proceed with your booking.

What form of payment do you accept?
Credit Card, check or cash.

Do I have to pay for the entire trip at once?
No, a deposit will hold your reservation and you will be given a date--usually 45 days before you travel--when the balance of your trip is due. You can make one final lump sum payment by the due date or make several smaller payments before the final date. Let us know your preference and we'll help you  arrange it.

Is Insurance available to protect our travel dollars in case of cancellation?
Yes, for $85 per person trip interruption and cancellation is available. It covers you and your travel partner if you have to cancel or interrupt your trip due to illness or injury to you or an immediate family member. It also covers lost or delayed baggage and medical evacuation if necessary. It is highly recommended.

What if we have questions or need to contact someone while traveling?
Our travel documents will include the names and phone numbers of our local representatives on each island. You can contact them during daytime hours for assistance. You may also telephone Griffin & Co. Travel any time day or night for travel emergencies.
